Closet Storage System

Fun New Look and Handy Storage System Announced for Shailie™, Girls Fashion Toy
New for 2009: Pink Polka Dot SHAILIE™ Dress Form and SHAILIE™ CLOSET

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK, February 14, 2009 – Style Paige, LLC announces a new look and a new storage system for its main product line, Shailie™ (shay-lee), a fashion design toy primarily for girls ages 5-12.

Pink polka dot fabric is the new signature look for Shailie’s™ life-size dress form—the foundation on which girls design, create, and wear their own unlimited fashions using a wide variety of Shailie™ dress-up pieces and accessories.

“Shailie™ is all about fashion fun and creativity for girls,” said Connie Cook, Vice President of Style Paige. “What’s says that more than pink polka dot!? Plus it’s a darling accent to any girls’ bedroom or play area decor.”

Shailie™ (patent pending) outfits come in design pieces. Sleeves, skirts, tops, and a host of trims and accessories come in various styles, colors, and lengths. All pieces easily attach and detach with Velcro®-like fasteners. Themed fashion kits are sold separately and include the Pink Princess, Prom, Fiesta, Bride, and Fairy. In addition, skirts, tops, sleeves, and sashes are sold in packs of three.

Because the myriad of mix-and-match components are at the heart of Shailie’s™ very nature, Style Paige created the Shailie™ Closet storage system. The Closet is made of an 18” x 30” fabric panel and hangs from a standard clothes hanger. The pieces attach by simply pressing the Velcro® side of each Shailie™ design piece onto the Closet.

“One of the great things about Shailie™ is all the pieces—that’s where the variety and creativity comes into play. So it’s helpful to keep track of everything. That’s what the Shailie™ Closet does. It also helps the pieces “play nice” and not hook and snag each other, keeping everything in runway-ready condition,” said Kari Kawa, President of Style Paige.

Style Paige will debut the entire line of Shailie™ products and accessories at Toy Fair 2009 Booth #6323.
